Each of our apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and ensuite baths. Our units are more than your standard hotel room: plush, comfortable beds, full size SMEG refrigerators, work spaces, high quality linens, fluffy towels, Malin+Goetz bath amenities and premium essentials suited for longer term stays.

Concierge Service

You like your independence, but sometimes you need an insider. We provide personal concierge services for guests during their stay. Looking for the best sushi in town? Want to know where to rent kayaks to explore our islands? Need information about day trips to Portland, Boston, or Newburyport? Our local concierge has you covered. We are just a call or text away.

Self Check In

Guests who book with us will receive detailed instructions for self check-ins 24 hours prior to their arrival. Once you arrive and access your apartment, we are available by phone 24/7. Our check-out process is contactless as well. If we are not on site when you call, then we are never more than a few minutes away at one of our other properties and can come to assist you in person if ever the need arises.

Pool + Swim Shop

Our historic 1950’s pool at Rye motor Inn recently completed an extensive cosmetic transformation with expanded pool decking (for safer social distancing) as well as the addition of the cabana. And for the first time in 65 years, the pool water is now heated! Pool is open Memorial Day to Columbus Day.

Our petite boutique stocks a highly curated selection of premium beach and swim essentials for men & women. Swimwear, sandals, umbrellas, skincare, and pool entertainment supplies from brands including: Rhythm, Malin + Goetz, Havianas, Sun Bum, Business & Pleasure, Levi’s Premium, Seavees, and more.

The Seacoast

Located on New Hampshire’s 18-mile coastline, Portsmouth sits at the mouth of the Piscataqua River. A historic seaport town, Portsmouth offers numerous historic sites, fine dining, eclectic boutique shopping, live music and theater along with a bustling nightlife. We’re just a scenic, ten-minute drive to several beaches along the coast — with extensive activities such as river/ocean boat tours, whale watching, surfing, and more.

Directly across the banks of the Piscataqua River you will find yourself in Maine’s southernmost town of Kittery. A ten-minute walk from Portsmouth, this seaside town is full of independent shops, art galleries, and hip restaurants. Fresh-caught Maine lobster is a must during your visit!
